Sound Tech

Between prayers, songs, videos, sermons, announcements and various other creative elements, our gatherings are filled with content that needs to be heard! The sound tech is a crucial role in our Sunday gatherings as they are the final step in helping our leaders care for, inspire and lead our congregation. This role is a perfect blend of artistry and technology. It’s a great role if you love music and you enjoy using your technical skills to help everything run smoothly and sound great on a Sunday morning.

ELEMENTS OF THE ROLE
Setting up required equipment and cables for Thursday Rehearsal
Assisting band members with monitoring
Mixing the band
Managing batteries for wireless equipment
Executing Audio cues on Sunday
Recording the sermon

Sunday Mornings 8:30am Rehearsal + 10:00am Worship Gathering

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
Love of Music & Technology
Ability to hear specific instruments within a music mix
A love of learning and mastering technical skills
Some soundboard experience is helpful – but not necessary
