Nat Evans
Lead Pastor
Nat Evans started as Forestview’s lead pastor in January 2020.
Nat has been married to his wife Julie for 10 years and together they have two children, Beckett and Alaiya. Nat loves reading, writing, NBA basketball; and is ever in search of the perfect fish taco.
Nat’s heart is to help people discover the incredible life that happens as we surrender our lives to Jesus and discover our true selves in the story of God. He longs to see the church wrestle with what it means to truly follow Jesus and be a community that embodies his self-giving love.

Johnny grew up in Mississauga in an active church family. As Johnny grew up, his faith developed largely due to his involvement at Pioneer Camp, and his passion for ministry propelled him to attend bible school in Colorado. Johnny went on to complete an Urban & Intercultural Ministry degree from Redeemer University in Hamilton.
Johnny spent his last few summers as an assistant director at Pioneer Camp’s Boys’ Camp where he further developed his skill and passion for youth ministry and leading others.
Johnny loves the outdoors and spends his time hiking and playing disc golf. He loves hockey and particularly loves watching the Leafs when they are winning.
Lisa Brown
Interim Director of Communications
Lisa was born in Sarnia, Ontario, and left at the age of 18 to attend Sheridan College in Oakville for Journalism. It was there that she met Kevin, her best friend and love of her life. After becoming close friends for nearly a year, the two decided to date. Lisa and Kevin attended church and grew in their faith together before getting married in 1996. They still live in Oakville, and their daughter Abigail (Abby) was born in 2005.
For the last 15 years, Lisa called The Meeting House home for employment where she was the Curriculum Administrator. She, along with a team of amazingly dedicated volunteers, prepared every item that was needed to teach the kids about Jesus on a Sunday morning. The Meeting House was also where the Brown family worshipped for 18 years.
Leadership Team
Forestview’s Leadership Team is a group of men and women who serve as shepherds of the church.
They provide love, care, and support for the community, whether directly or indirectly. They encourage spiritual growth and guard the church against attack, both from without and within.
In addition, they serve as overseers of the church. They develop and communicate Forestview’s vision, and direct and manage the affairs of the church.
